Every Claude Code session.One window.
The Hub lists every session on your machine, from every project. Click one and it opens a real terminal in the right folder, already running claude --resume. Keep up to four side by side.
Click a session to resume it. Type in the search box to look inside the conversations.
Why it exists
Which folder was that session in again?
Without the Hub
- Open File Explorer
- Hunt for the project folder
- Open a terminal there
- Remember the session
- Type claude --resume and pick it
With the Hub
Click the session.
A new pane opens in that project folder and runs claude --resume for you. Clicking a session that is already open focuses its pane instead of opening a copy.
Features
Small app, the right details
Every project, one list
Reads ~/.claude/projects directly, sorted by the latest activity. No setup.
Search inside conversations
Your prompts, Claude’s replies and the tool calls, with prefix, typo and accent tolerant matching.
Real terminals
Full PowerShell processes through node-pty. Arrow keys, vim and Claude Code’s own interface work as usual.
Up to four, side by side
The grid reflows for 1, 2, 3 or 4 panes. Nothing hides behind tabs.
Survives a restart
The panes you had open come back in the same folders the next time you launch the app.
Another shell, same folder
One click on a pane header opens a second terminal at that pane’s path.
Your shell of choice
PowerShell, cmd, Git Bash or WSL for blank terminals, whichever you have installed.
Guards running commands
An activity dot on each pane, a confirmation before closing a busy one, and a desktop notification when a pane exits.
Light, dark, English, Portuguese
Both toggles live in Settings. English is the default.
Updates itself
Checks GitHub Releases on launch and every 4 hours, then offers to restart and install.
Layout
1, 2, 3 or 4 terminals. All visible.
Open a pane and the grid makes room. Close one and the others grow back. The cap of four keeps every terminal readable.
Search
Find the session by what you said, not by what you called it
Type a word and the Hub searches every transcript: your prompts, Claude’s text replies and one line per tool call. Matches show under “In conversations” with the snippet highlighted, and one click resumes the session.
- Prefixesconfigurconfiguration, configurar
- Accentsacaoação
- Typosmidlewaremiddleware
The same search ships as Recall, a small standalone app for people who only want to search.
How it works
It reads the files Claude Code already writes
Claude Code saves one .jsonl transcript per session. Each line carries the working folder, an AI-made title and your last prompt. The Hub reads only the first and last few KB of each file to pull those out fast.
- 01
Main process
sessions.js scans the transcripts, pty-manager.js owns one node-pty process per pane, and the search keeps a MiniSearch index that rereads only files whose modification time changed.
- 02
Preload
A narrow window.api through contextBridge: list sessions, start, write, resize and kill a pane. No Node or Electron internals reach the page.
- 03
Renderer
A small React app: Sidebar, PaneGrid and TerminalPane, each terminal an xterm.js instance with its search addon.
No account, no analytics. The only network call is the update check against GitHub.

Install
Download, run the installer, done
- 1

One .exe from GitHub Releases. The link always points to the latest build.
- 2

The installer asks where to put the app and adds Desktop and Start Menu shortcuts. No admin rights.
- 3
Click a session
You need Claude Code installed and signed in for resume to work. Git Bash and WSL are optional.
FAQ
Questions people ask
How do I resume an old Claude Code session on Windows?
Claude Code resumes a session with claude --resume, but you have to run it from the project folder. The Hub lists the sessions of every project, and one click opens a terminal in the right folder with claude --resume already running.
How does it find my sessions?
It reads the .jsonl transcripts Claude Code writes under ~/.claude/projects, only the first and last few KB of each file, to get the folder, the title and your last prompt.
Does it work on macOS or Linux?
It was built and tested on Windows. Another system would need SHELL to point somewhere sensible, and that path is untested.
Is the conversation search the same as Recall?
Yes. Recall is the same search as a standalone app. The Hub includes it from version 0.6.0, in the sidebar search box.
Why only four panes?
By design. Four terminals still fit on one screen with readable text.
What happens to a running command when I close a pane?
Closing a pane ends its shell. Panes with recent output ask for confirmation first, idle ones close right away.
Does it send my conversations anywhere?
No. The index lives in the app on your PC. The only network request is the update check against GitHub Releases.
